The staff are lovely and kind, they keep the place fairly clean. The units are impressive, fantastic in japanese design.

The venue is special, food is delicious, unbeatable location iincredibly close to everything. The hotel staff is accommodating and polite. Good service, the breakfast is tasty. Just keep in mind, there's parking on-site. The poolside bar makes the complementary drinks.

The pool was incredible and I had complementary drinks in the poolside bar. The restaurant was reasonably priced for good food and drink, I tried freshly cooked dishes. The staff were lovely and kind, they made me feel welcome. The location was lovely, not too far away from a long beach.

The hotel's position was great, very close to storage space, a nice seafood restaurant and numerous food places.

Small hotel in a good area next to the sea front, the main shops / restaurants and both beaches and local shops and restaurants. Large, huge room, plentiful breakfast. Great amenities like a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and television. Overall very relaxing stay for 3 nights.

I was there for 1 night and ate at beach restaurant for good food and drink. The bathroom was good and it had a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bathrobes for my convenience. Very central location was a plus. Besides, you could visit Noppharat Thara Beach.

I had a wonderful stay at Red Ginger Chic Resort - Sha Extra Plus. The facility was very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and mountain view. The staff was friendly and always available to assist. The location was also great, with many good restaurants nearby and a short walk to Ao Nang beach. The breakfast at the resort was amazing! I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and couples looking for a lovely and enjoyable stay.

Gorgeous hotel, only a five minutes walk from restaurants and stores, nice pool and breakfast.

No free wifi in the room...

The staff was very friendly and welcoming to us. We liked the boutique style of the hotel and it was only a short walk to Ao Nang Shopping street. We experienced a tsunami warning which was handled by the staff with great professionality. They evacuated in a very short time all guest to a safe place in a partner hotel high up the hills. Fortunately at the end there was no tsunami in Thailand and next day everything went back to normal.

The venue is cool, clean and the location is marvellous just next door to Actual Ao Nang beach and restaurant and the Night Market. The units are absolutely perfect and impeccable with nice big beds.
